Wild Wadi Iconic Waterpark In Dubai Entry Tickets

Beware

Very unorganized. No communication. Lack of trained staff. Denied entry to the water park because no ticket was provided by them. On the phone with the tour company for 30 minutes trying to explain. The staff was unable to find the tickets. Then miraculously I received the tickets via whatsapp. Will not use them again. Horrible experience.

Enjoyable and fun

Going on the surf ride which was the first ride that you came to once you entered into the waterpark.

Unusual slides are fun!

Loved the slides that were there! Tantrum alley definitely the best & water slides which send you upwards were a first for us (though did feel like they’d rip your pants off!). Very few food & drink outlets open though & actually only 3 decent rides as 3 rides merge into 1. Very long queue time despite having purchased tickets through Trip Advisor which was frustrating.

We had a lot of fun. Great weather and plenty of water fun. Not many queues early on but busier after 12.30pm. Did not eat food there so can't comment

Easy, hassle free tickets.

Great experience, tickets were sent via the website straight away. It’s not a huge water park but great for families with young children. Website doesn’t make it clear but you have to wear proper swimsuit materials. Otherwise you’ll be paying eighty odd pounds for a swimsuit.

Overall 4 water slides where open when I was there (other rides where closed) so there wasn't a huge selection and once you have been on all the water slides it kinda became boring. The slides are fun an amazing but the park would benefit if they broaden their water slide offers and maybe some renovation.

Great structure and entertainment are without age gap full filling, may be covid safety measures need to improve, other that all Good and will come back

Don't normally do reviews but this is the second time in the space of a few weeks I've been to the resort and I felt I had to write to say how fantastic the lifeguards and workers around the site were. All the attendants/life guards on the rides were always friendly and helpful. On our first occasion they realised it was our son's birthday and they sang happy birthday to him at the top of one of the big rides. It made his day. Yesterday there was a situation where the tube we needed wasn't available for our son and one of the attendants went some distance to retrieve one from the water for us. This is only two instances but we experienced this type of customer service a number times around the resort. We have only recently moved to Dubai but I can definitely say we will be back to Wild Wadi alot over the coming years. Well done all.

What a fun day for the whole family! Spent the whole day in the water 😊. We even went on the ride that drops you 😲 Enjoyed every minute!

Amazing trip

Amazing place to spend your weekend with family. Great ambiance, very helpful staff, an place you can visit again and again. That was the best get away from the blasting summer for me and my family. Really enjoyed every moment of it. Thank to Ryana tour for organising this tour for us, special thanks to Khozema from Rayna for organising this tour, he knew what exactly we were looking for in our visit. Worth a visit

This is definitely not somewhere you can spend a full day at, you would get bored after more than 5 hours. Specifically on Rayna travel, they didn't really make the collection of tickets the easiest but got there in the end (literally sent through the confirmation that the Wild Wadi staff needed after being phoned by them).

Cool Water park

BEWARE!!!! VERY VERY EXPENSIVE!!! It's a very nice water park, however, just to rent a towel was over $60AED. Ridiculous!! A Pepsi was another $40AED (park snacks are usually expensive)….but other than that, it was nice

Another great day at Wild Wadi!

However, the tour operator hadn’t emailed tickets beforehand as promised. No apology when I called!!

Good location but very small compared to aquaventure park. I would give it 3/5 stars based on SAME price as Aquaventure. And not even half the size of other waterparks. The only one big point this park has is the location.

Good for family time

The place not crowded. Waiting time for each slide 10 to 20 minutes on Thursday. Very near Burj Al Arab which you can view from wild wadi theme park

Great water park

Great water park. Compact but needs revamp since they haven't made any changes in last 5 years. Should have half day pass for people arriving post half day. Facilities are clean and well managed. Found considerable delays in tube ride going across the park for either someone stuck on the ride or lower water pressure on the rides. I feel it's the latter.

Great water park

Great attraction, with free parking and easy to reach. Our advise take a Cabana for the day, with free drinks, ice cream, towels and excellent service. Menu available, food and drinks served at the cabana... Great attractions.... Speed slide is great. Start early morning, parked opens at 10 am, be there at 10:30 am latest to avoid long lines. With Cabana come fast track pass for water tour, so any time can skip the line... Often the line is 20-30 minutes so a real perk.... Location is super as well in the midst of Jumeirah Beach Hotel and the Burj Arab..... Great & fun day....

Rewelacja !

Jeśli chcesz się wybawić i nie denerwować stojąc w kolejkach wybierz fast track. Miejsce z wieloma bardzo fajnymi atrakcjami zarówno dla małych, średnich jak i tych największych dzieci :) Byliśmy 4 godziny i nie nudzilismy się ani minuty. Patrz na opisy - zjeżdżalnie pontonami opisane jako najbardziej ekscytujące - faktycznie takie są. Nie dla każdego :)

Parc sympa, propre, plus petit qu’ Aquaventure water parc même si un peu cher mais reste à faire obligatoirement.

Wild Wadi Dubaï en famille

Très belle journée en famille, de nombreuses activités possibles. Coûts un peu trop élevé sur les consommations à l'intérieur (prévoir une location d'un grand casier dans les vestiaires plus de 100 dirhams par exemple). Mise à part ça, emplacement avec vue superbe sur le Burj Al arab
