North Greenwich

Great staff service from both the cable cars and clipper staff, Norman was great at helping us out when in the queue for the river boat.

Fantastic and relaxing cable car and Uber ferry

Norman gives a very good instruction! The Uber ferry is convenient to ferry us around, and we truly enjoy it. The cable car gives a nice view of the Thames river!

Fantastic view

The cruise in the and being highest point in the cable car, it was a fantastic view. We enjoyed the ride and the cruise team was informative and prompt in all details and friendly too.

Enjoyed the fast catamaran experience. Frequent boats, didn't have to wait long. Friendly, helpful staff. Fab views through large windows. Refreshments available. Outside or inside seating area.

Excellent customer service experience and knowledge

Me and my family arrived at Westminster pier after a very busy and stressful day with our three young autistic children. We were unsure of where to purchase the tickets and make payment. My three children become anxious in busy crowds also cannot wait in long queues. A member of your staff whom I now know as Parminder saw we were struggling and approached us. She was extremely helpful, showed compassion, quickly helped me purchase the tickets without having to wait in long queues. I found her very knowledgeable and saved me money by letting me know about the children's tickets or I would have used the oyster passes. I believe she worked well under a pressurised situation I was in, service with a smile, she was approachable and well mannered. I will definitely tell my friends and family about the service and hopefully visit again soon, so thank you so much to Parminder for an experience I will always remember. Please pass on my regards from the Smith family. She is an asset to your company.

A Scenic ride

My uber boat experience at the London Eye was a great way to see iconic landmarks from a new perspective, the boat was comfortable, the staff super friendly specially Parminder! Worth it for a unique London experience!

It was a bad experience due to the outrageous high prices. We took the boat from Battersea station to the London Eye and the amount was exaggerated.

Would recommend this outing

Straight forward process redeemed our ticket at the Embankment pier and then on the boat! Did multiple stops but super efficient and fast service! The boat went really quick so it was a good journey! The staff were really good too! The cable cars were really good no waiting and the views brilliant

Amazing journey! The Thames Clippers staff called Roger was absolutely incredible and helped us with all our needs. Congratulations to Thames Clipper to provide us this high level of service. The view of Thames river is fantastic! We hope come back soon!

No good service

We have been waiting about 1 hour to get on boat to woolwich. Then after we paid -boat didn't come! We had to take boat to North Greenwich, otherwise we would be late for our train. Very disappointed.

Wonderful trip

Took the boat from Greenwich to Embankment, and I just have to say the staff and boats are wonderful. Special shout out to Selma, who helped me with directions to the British Museum, as my data ran out.

Cool way of transportation

Visiting from the US, the Uber boat was super cool. But the best part was the awesome bartender aboard, Caleb!

Rude People

bad service, they had too much disrespect, they left us stranded, was way too rude needs to learn some manners and self respect, they had an ugly attitude and said they was 15 minutes lates and didn’t mind leaving children left alone on the boat, disgusting behaviour and ugly behaviour, such a horrible experience, they need to go back to school to learn some manners and respect because clearly they weren’t taught well and someone needs to put them in there place and humble them because i don’t know who they think they are talking to us like that with there poor attitude but it was a horrible horrible experience.

We were confused and unsure about the procedures as we are from abroad. We asked for help and were met by your CSA Parminder. She worked out the cheapest flight for my family with clear explanation. without her help i wouldnt have known what to do. Please let her know we thank her.

Very interesting and enjoyable.. My granddaughter and friends loved it . Staff was polite and very helpful.

More waiting time....

What a waste of time. This boat plan spoiled our London trip. Through we were just 10th in the queue it took more than 1.5 hrs to get seat. They have less boats. Plan for this if you can wait

rip off

was having a lovely day out in Greenwich with the family and thought lets try this uberboat on our journey home. when speaking to the staff we were told one card per person. we could not pay with one card at the window for all of us. after a long wait we could finally pay for our child at the window but we had to tap and pay on the tap pole. we were told it would be just over £5 per person but of course when paying got no ticket or receipt. we only went from greenwich to woolwich arsenal and got chargerd £15.10 per person. what an absolute rip off but of course we should have known better it is an UBER company.

Overcharging at Uber Greenwich pier.

Absolutely shocking service by Uber boat at Greenwich pier. Was quoted £5.80 for a single ticket to Woolwich Arsenal but was told at the kiosk you could only pay when going aboard. This is their trick to overcharge you. You are kettled onto the ferry by a rude abrupt employee that demands you can only pay once per card on a device that gives you no receipt or digital display of the transaction therefore you don’t know what they will debit you. I checked my account the following day and they had triple charged me a fare of £15.10. It’s a con, they must make a fortune from unsuspecting tourists, I’m a Londoner and they successfully ripped me off. Do not use Uber boats Greenwich, it’s a well orchestrated system to overcharge customers. Stay well clear of them !

Lovely trip but spoiled by incident

Took a trip on clipper Aurora this afternoon. Enjoyed the ride but spoiled by jobsworth crew member who in my opinion humiliated a wheelchair bound elderly tourist by making her get out of her wheelchair when disembarking, quoting company policy! Didn’t seem to be a problem when she got on the boat. The poor lady had to be helped by her family to walk (struggle) off. He was trying to make them travel to the next pier but it didn’t seem to be a problem for families with buggies to disembark. How humiliating for her! I pointed this out to the crew member, saying maybe company policy should be reviewed when I disembarked and he was extremely rude to me shouting it was company policy and I should write a review! So here I am! Uber you seriously need to review your company policy to avoid discrimination and humiliation of the elderly and infirm. I look forward to to your reply!

Boring

Expensive and not that thrilling. Save yourself some money and do something else. The only plus side was queue wasn't long

Fantastic member's of staff and customer service

Fantastic customer service I ever experienced in london. Those two man, members of staff they know who to make difference on your day. Happiness on they faces, very calm manner helping, Fantastic postures customer service. We are six family members and we enjoy travelling around cable cars, and we will be back again soon. My relatives and friend will be recommended too.

I would rather swim

We bought this experience online, nothing is clear, you have print a document that is no even a ticket, and then go to redemption office to get your actual ticket. When we got there, the machine didn’t work, so we have to send an email and go without tickets. We have to explained everyone what happened. The instructions are not clear and they don’t tell you where you have to get our of the boat to take the cable. The experience is amazing but not with this company.

Whole trip was excellent. We as family have enjoy well. We love to use Uber boat and cable car again in further.
